| SMOKEHOUSE CLASSICS Our classics are all hardwood smoked right here at The Shed. We use a big, old fashioned wood smoker (which makes the meat slightly pink) and slow-cook all of our meats to perfection. (the smells are free). Served with our seasoned French fries and baked beans.
